The Perth District Health Unit is hoping to get in contact with the owner of a dog that bit a person at Wildwood Conservation Area.

The incident was said to have taken place Sunday between 4:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon. The dog is described as a large, light-brown bull-mastiff type breed with poor vision. It was being walked around the campground by a woman.

The health unit wants to make sure the dog has up to date rabies shots to spare the victim painful treatments. Any information should be directed to the Perth District Health Unit.
