The Provincial Government is taking a "wait and see" approach and extending the permit of a temporary injection site in London.

Health Minister Christine Elliot says a review of evidence will be done to see if safe injection sites actually save lives.

According to the clinic, over 4,000 people have visited the site inside the HIV/AIDS Connection on King Street. The clinic ads,  several overdoes have been reversed since it

opened in January. The clinic was slated to close August 15th but will remain open for the time being.
