The October 6th Provincial election campaign shifts to Tillsonburg today.
Premier Dalton McGuinty is scheduled to tour the Siemens plant on Clearview Drive at noon.
Siemens is building a wind turbine blade manufacturing plant.
Energy minister, Brad Duguid, expects the plant will open by the end of the year rather than in 2015.
The project is expected to create 900 jobs.
Samsung, which is working with Siemens, to build the plant received a year extension to get its infrastructure in place for solar and wind energy projects.
