The old guard has re-gained power in Mexico, where the presidential election was won by Enrique Pena Nieto.
He's the candidate of the Institutional Revolutionary Party, which ruled Mexico for 71 years until it was turfed by voters 12 years ago.
Pena Nieto calls his victory a “fiesta of democracy.”
